The dining was particularly disappointing during High Tea, with extremely slow service that left us waiting over an hour for our food, which was unacceptable. However, my room was lovely and recently renovated, adding a touch of comfort to my stay. The location is great for exploring downtown Toronto, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Toronto was truly exceptional. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to many attractions. The rooms were immaculate and extremely comfortable, and the service we received from the club lounge staff was outstanding. However, there were some hiccups with the dining experience at the wedding reception, where the food didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, we felt this hotel is definitely worth the splurge for a luxurious getaway.
