Really good Afternoon Tea

I had the chance to enjoy afternoon tea at the Ritz-Carlton and it was a good experience! The sandwiches, scones, and desserts were really good, all at a reasonable price. Although the location in the bar area was a bit casual for tea, the service was attentive and made the experience truly enjoyable.

Stunning Room with a View

Luxurious Bathroom Setup

The bathroom was one of the highlights of our room. It had both a full-size tub and a shower, stocked with lovely toiletries. After a long day, soaking in that tub was pure bliss. The attention to detail in the bathroom truly added to the luxurious feel of our stay.

I had a mixed experience at the Ritz Carlton. The dining was particularly disappointing during High Tea, with extremely slow service that left us waiting over an hour for our food, which was unacceptable. However, my room was lovely and recently renovated, adding a touch of comfort to my stay. The location is great for exploring downtown Toronto, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, where the service was top-notch and made me feel welcomed. The location was fantastic for business travel, close to Union Station and the convention center. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom, but I wish there had been more easily accessible electrical outlets. Overall, the amenities and dining were great, although I think the club could improve its setup for breakfast.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Toronto was truly exceptional. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to many attractions. The rooms were immaculate and extremely comfortable, and the service we received from the club lounge staff was outstanding. However, there were some hiccups with the dining experience at the wedding reception, where the food didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall, we felt this hotel is definitely worth the splurge for a luxurious getaway.
