I had a mixed experience at the Ritz Carlton. The dining was particularly disappointing during High Tea, with extremely slow service that left us waiting over an hour for our food, which was unacceptable. However, my room was lovely and recently renovated, adding a touch of comfort to my stay. The location is great for exploring downtown Toronto, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel, where the service was top-notch and made me feel welcomed. The location was fantastic for business travel, close to Union Station and the convention center. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom, but I wish there had been more easily accessible electrical outlets. Overall, the amenities and dining were great, although I think the club could improve its setup for breakfast.
